How are you all?!
This week was good and hard, but I am grateful for that! We had about 4 people we were teaching last week, and by Sunday we were down to zero! Mikey (the little gangsta, I will be sending a picture) lives outside of ward boundaries, and although he has all of his friends in our ward, he ended up making the switch to the church building he is zoned for. We are happy about the switch, but we will miss the guy.
Lets talk for a second about the Atoning sacrifice of our Savior, Jesus Christ. We always think about the redemptive power of the atonement: that we can be cleansed from our sins by accepting that sacrifice of the savior and choosing to repent and change. BUT, the atonement is not only to make us clean, but it is to make us more like Him! The ENABLING power of the atonement allows is to not only be cleansed, but to be strengthened, to overcome our weaknesses and our downfalls. I love that! I know that as we more fully understand the sacrifice that He made for us, we can really unlock our potential!
Sorry this was short! I am happy! Love you all!
